Jim Hamilton

James is a respected leader with 40 years of experience in construction trades, oil & gas, commercial, heavy industrial, design, engineering and project management. His expertise and insightful direction encompasses all aspects of concept development, including design, engineering, and construction execution, and James has been a driving force in GMF’s overall success. James’ entrepreneurial skills have been showcased in several start up companies and are presently being utilized as the CEO - Managing Director of Radium Technologies Inc., which is a facilities construction company specializing in the oil & gas sector. James started Radium in 2007 and grew it to a tier two provider serving Western Canada with yearly gross revenue reaching $44 million CAD. Under James’ direction, Radium has become a finalist in Canada’s Best Managed Companies for the last three consecutive years.

Dan Karl

COO

Dan has 33 years of oil and gas up-stream and mid-steam experience. With experience in both Canada and the United States, Dan has developed strong working relationships as a Sr Project Advisor. As part of this role, Dan has developed working relationships with business development groups, engineering firms, fabrication contractors, mechanical and electrical contractors, and suppliers through the design, execution and completion phases. He has been instrumental in the success of many projects. Dan’s key expertise has been on the up-stream and mid-stream refining with his primary focus on budgeting, design, execution, CMT management, close out and start up. For most of his career, Dan has worked multiple projects at the same time allowing him to demonstrate his ability to work collaboratively with many different groups. He has benefited from being involved with many large projects on the US gulf coast, in the northern states of the US and in Canada.

Dustin Morissette

Senior VP of Marketing

Dustin has 18 years of oil and gas experience. Prior to joining the GMF team, Dustin held a senior leadership role with a junior E&P company for 8 years, during which time he played an instrumental role in overseeing multiple corporate disciplines while building internal and external support teams and executing large capital projects assisting this E&P from early stage project identification through the dual listing IPO. Dustin has expertise in crude oil marketing and logistics, drilling and completion operations, project management, contract negotiations and budgeting. He has successfully managed over $600 million in E&P capital related projects and responsible for over $25 million per year in operating budgets (OPEX).

Ken Moore

SVP Engineering & Projects

Ken has 40 years of oil and gas up stream experience. Ken has expertise in engineering, facility construction, commissioning and start up operations, which includes the successful project management of over $10 billion in E&P capital related projects. Ken has provided multi disciplinary leadership of engineering and construction teams with large EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Management) companies. Projects include pipelines, gas compression and measurement, heavy oil (SAGD) and conventional oil processing, SCADA, DCS and telecommunications infrastructure.

Ken is a registered professional licensed engineer and a member of APEGA.
